XP, free picks, and other virtual items in the Service have no real-world monetary value. They are licensed to you, not sold, and remain our property.
Virtual items cannot be exchanged for real money, goods, or services outside of the Service. Any attempt to sell, trade, or transfer virtual items outside the Service is prohibited.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any virtual items at any time without notice or liability.
Basketball Ending is NOT a gambling service. The Service is a free-to-play prediction game for entertainment purposes only. No real money is wagered, won, or lost. XP and virtual rewards have no cash value and cannot be converted to real currency. The Service does not constitute gambling under any applicable laws.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by OptionsKings Group, LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
NBA team names, logos, and related content are trademarks of their respective owners. ESPN content is provided under license. We do not claim ownership of any third-party intellectual property.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Game data is provided by third parties and may contain errors or delays.
